Self-care routine was on point tonight. After gym, had a deathly hot shower. Used my cucumber shampoos and aloe conditioner, vanilla body wash. Topped off with my peppermint moisturiser, accompanied with my peppermint tea. NOW FOR MY COOKIE SCENTED CANDLES AND ILL BE SOLID.

便秘 ツムラ漢方、アロエ粉末を毎日使用しなければ出ない便秘持ち。 ドテラ社のペパーミントをベジカプセルに入れて服用してみた。（座薬としても試し済み） 効果はなし。 でも、不思議とタバコが吸いたくなくなった。禁煙目的で使用してみようかな。
