@Lexual__ some supplements have helped me. L-theanine and Ashwagandha when I'm tense, L-tyrosine and Rhodiola Rosea when i can't get engaged in much of anything. Time released B-vitamin complex just in case.

@jobrown1812 Rhodiola Rosea has a substance in it that shown to be effective on cortisol. It's not a cheap supplement but I've used it when I've had periods of intense stress as cortisol robs your body of other hormones xx
