This cactus is a lookalike that was once thought to be the same species as the fuzzy-eared bunny cactus ラゴプス A. lagopus . However, if you look at photos, you'll notice its hairs are sparse and the stems are exposed. With longer hair that droops down, its appearance is more like the "old man" cacti than a bunny. So, it's really quite different from a rabbit, and honestly, it's hard to call it a substitute for ラゴプス A. lagopus (lol).

@_sabota2_ ん、呼ばれた気がするでな。 Tephrocactus atroviridisぐぐると今の学名はAustrocylindropuntia floccosaと出てぐぐると毛むくじゃらのサボテンが出てきよる。シノニムはTephrocactus floccosus。 とりあえず置いておくでな。
