Both World of Succulents and ICN have essentially thrown up their hands and labeled it a mystery, so that's the world's official stance for now. The meaning of its name is also unclear, though it’s probably a person’s name. If you read it in English, it would sound like "Decairn"; in German or Korean, "Dekairun" (which might actually be the most likely reading).
