Did you know that shamrock (Oxalis spp, usually regnellii) and clover (Trifolium spp) are two different plants? Shamrock has three leaves; clover usually does too but occasionally has 4. If your shamrock picture has four leaves, it's actually a lucky clover! Happy #StPatricksDay

Now what did you buy? Possibly a #shamrock plant, but maybe not. Many stores sell false shamrock, Oxalis regnellii around this time.
