Help me identify these. Pop up every year in Emmarentia Dam botanical garden (in wild area by bridge before main dam). City Parks make some attempt to protect them. Similar to Kniphofia (redhot pocker) but leaves not spears. Or Veltheimia Bracteata? But they’re normally winter? https://t.co/LlmWdbAb7x
