As of 2023, this is probably the most popular variety among the many "Halloween" forms that you'll come across in the world of Aeonium—so much so that when people say "Halloween," this is usually the one they mean. While it's often tough to describe distinct features in Aeonium varieties (since they change a lot!), the "Halloween" type stands out with its easy-to-recognize, bright green coloration. It stays vibrant green nearly all year, and even during the coloring season, only the edges pick up a slight reddish tint. In more stressful environments (likely triggered by temperatures above around 22°C), you might see parts of the leaves turn a shocking pink, but it's rare for them to go fully red like A. 'Medusa' . If you prefer your Aeoniums even greener, then A. 'Maybach' might be just what you're looking for.
