A blue-gray Agave with slender, thin leaves that are slightly serrated and have small spines. It gives the impression of a more compact form of Agave americana. It also has a similar vibe to A. attenuata . Native to Colombia. According to Agave Site, there are some who refer to the scientific name of A. desmetiana 'Venezuela' as cundinamarcensis, but they note that "this is actually something very rare"—in other words, it seems that's probably not correct(that is, they don't quite agree).
