This is a variegated form of A. geminiflora . With its narrow leaves that, from a distance, resemble a fountain, this variegated type shares the same shape as its standard counterpart. It has been observed that the centrally variegated version circulates overseas. There are also several other variegated filamentous agaves with similar appearances, but their relationship to Agave geminiflora remains unclear.
