There appear to be two types: one with sharply pointed leaf tips and another with reddish waves. The pointed type is often called “Papilaris,” while the wavy type tends to be known as “Hanasazuki” or “Golview”… but this could simply be environmental differences (needs further investigation). To add to the mystery, the scientific name 'papilaris' doesn’t exist (COL), and some sources say this is actually the same species as Fukumusume C. orbiculata (Llifle). So, its origins remain a bit of an enigma!
