Since it produces star-shaped flowers that face upward, it likely has some Graptopetalum in its lineage (the exact parentage is unknown). It hails from California. Its other name, Pretty In Pink (Pretty n Pink), refers to this particular plant—it's completely unrelated to Pink Pretty, which is a different cultivar.
