A new face among Senecio succulents that began circulating around 2021, this plant is now gaining popularity—especially as a well-known "DAISO succulent." It looks fairly similar to Senecio kleiniiformis S. kleiniiformis , but its leaves are noticeably slimmer. If you just examine the foliage, it actually gives a vibe closer to Senecio peregrinus S. peregrinus . It appears to have been popularized by Succulents Unlimited BV in the Netherlands, whose website lists it as a horticultural cultivar of Senecio ficoides S. ficoides , referred to as "Seiryo-to". However, because this plant seems to have thick, chunky stems reminiscent of Senecio articulatus S. articulatus , it raises some doubts as to whether it's truly just a variation of ficoides. By the way, "elkhorn" means "moose antler."
