Cyphostemma juttae南アフリカに生育하는 포도과의 코데크스 식물인 Cyphostemma juttae는, 포도과 특유의 톱니 모양이 뚜렷한 크고 넓은 잎이 특징입니다. 덩굴을 뻗지 않고, 묵직하고 견고한 형태 그대로 자라며, 최대 1~2m 정도의 낮은 관목으로 성장합니다. 붉고 투명감이 있는 포도처럼 생긴 열매를 맺지만, 독성이 있어 먹을 수 없다고 알려져 있습니다.
