Aloe cameronii俗称为“红色芦荟(Red Aloe)”。正如名字所示，这是一种会染上鲜红色的芦荟。……这么想来我养了很久，但实际上即使在强光下，它也只是部分地区变成棕红色，始终难以达到“真正通红”的程度。作为景观石头花园的点缀应该会很有魅力。近年来，在日本也开始流通实生苗，不过可能是因为知名度还不高，加上只有变红时才有视觉冲击力，因此价格也相对亲民。
