articulatus
Tephrocactus articulatus这株“武藏野”就像在空中飞舞的纸带一样，是仙人掌界的丝带舞者。严格来说，拥有丝带状刺的是被归入 T. articulatus var.papyracanthus 的变种(原本被称为Tephrocactus papyracanthus)，而大部分articulatus，并没有丝带也没有刺。它们原产于阿根廷高原，不耐夏季高温，浇水大约一个月一次为宜。茎体十分脆弱，因此要养到很大体型并不容易。
我猜，这些丝带状刺也许是为了借助风力、有意折断枝体，从而增加繁殖机会……真是很努力的小家伙呢。
