Bulbine mesembryanthemoidesメセンブリアントイデス B. mesembryanthoides の同種としています。どちらかというと「～テモイデス」のほうが多数派でGBIFには「～テモイデス」で掲載されていますが、今後「～トイデス」が正しい名称ということになっていきそうな流れ。
