当时买的时候也以为是鬼头姜,都用盐腌了实际不是,煮了之后面面的,像土豆,应该是酢浆薯(Oxalis tuberosa)西班牙语称oca或cubio

@kariebookish These are oca (Oxalis tuberosa) varieties. Oca is a tuber from the Andes, if history had a few different turns here and there, we might be eating this instead of potatoes. It's super easy to grow (will happily do it in 25L+ pots and growbags) and it tastes like a lemony potato.
@ElizaPacey Oxalis tuberosa - replant perennial with a lemony flavour, good nutritional value and can be used like a potato - plus can be eaten raw.
