Listened to the @tferriss and @hubermanlab podcast and decided to take rhodiola rosea before my 9 mile run (training for a half). For context I really struggled with the 7 and 8 mile runs in the weeks prior. Felt so good I didn’t stop and ran all 13.1 instead. Unbelievable.

@1Coolness @sorrowpaintears Those are good ideas. Thank you for being constructive! You are the kind of Christian the church desperately needs. I was going to suggest rhodiola rosea (a supplement with natural serotonin) and running with headphones in that have upbeat CCM.
