This is a variegated type of A. spathulatum , featuring striking yellow to ivory central stripes. There’s a common belief that A. spathulatum and A. 'Chocolate Tip' are actually the same, but if you ask me, A. 'Chocolate Tip' isn’t nearly this fuzzy! While you’ll almost never find this rare plant available in Japan, I suspect it’s just too niche—no one’s bothered to import and offer it for sale. That’s why, with an adventurous spirit, I’m stepping up to be the very first "Evangelist" for this unique succulent!
