This is a boldly variegated central-striped type of the popular symbol tree, A. desmetiana . However, because it doesn't have the typical Venezuela-style look and its leaves are loosely curled, it may not be a direct selection but perhaps a hybrid with something else. Overall, it resembles A. 'Joe Hoak' , but this one has even more striking white variegation. The curled leaves are similar to those of A. gypsophila 'Ivory Curls' (though the colors are reversed). Within desmetiana, there's also a variation called A. 'Quick Silver' , but it seems to be a different lineage.
