ただでさえ葉っぱのエッジに大きな牙を持つモンスターが、ボコボコと無数のコブに蝕まれ、外形は崩壊寸前までうねり、さらなる異形の姿となった超弩級モンスター「怒涛」。出自ははっきりとわかりませんが、おそらく荒波 F. tuberculosa の突然変異種（モンスト種）で日本生まれ、海外でも Dotou 。Super Warty として紹介されているものも同じ種ではないかと思われます。繰り返しますがモンスターと言っても数センチ程度のかわいいやつです。花もかわいく咲かせてくれますよ。
