This is a crested form of some type of Graptoveria. While it seems similar to G. 'Elen' , its exact identity remains uncertain. The name "Expatrica," even without the word "crested" attached, is sometimes used to refer to a crested variety. However, there are also non-crested plants called G. 'Expatrica' overseas (although it's unclear whether these are actually the same or not).
