This is a super wide-banded form of 'Juninomaki'—though it's unclear whether it's a hybrid or a mutation. The bands become donut-shaped toward the tips, and it even gives off a bit of @ Haworthia pumila vibes. By the way, 'Choveriba' sounds like 1990s Japanese high school slang for 'super very bad,' but here it actually stands for 'super very (wide) band,' right!?

When you spot offsets appearing, you can propagate by dividing the clumps. If you remove them while they’re still tiny, their growth can be slow, so it’s best to wait until they’re about half the size of the parent plant or at least when a few healthy green leaves have come out. Gently untangle the roots, press the plants apart, and try to break the joint with a clean snap, rather than forcing them. Try to keep as many roots on as possible, and once you've snapped them apart, carefully pull the offsets away to avoid tearing the roots.
