New #Tillandsia #Species. #Streptophylla (top picture) is native to Mexico, Central America, and West Indies. These guys develop a bulbous base with silvery green #Leaves. Their leaves can reach a max length of 12" and often curl and twist in an irregular shape. #Oerstediana (bottom left) is native to Costa Rica and Panama. They are currently threatened in the wild by #Habitat loss and rarely available through most #Greenhouse #Growers. The Oerstediana produces an impressive yellow spike #Flower up to 3' tall. #Pohliana (bottom right) is native to Bolivia, Brazil, Peru, and Argentina. Their leaves turn a silvery grey color with hues of peach based on sun levels. When in bloom they produce a peach spike with a white flower at the end.
