I'll send you a picture when it does. I think this is all down to the long hot summer of 2018, not bad for a plant that is now over 25 years old !
So I made another 'Teacup Garden', with Sedum 'Redberries' & 'Round Stack', and 3 of the 'berries' from Sempervivum 'Plain Jane'. I need to scrounge some fine 'sand' to surface with, although, in theory, I can surface it with pea gravel, like everything else... https://t.co/JHJHVEWNjc
On a side note, I'm gonna tear up my planter full of a dozen or so Sempervivum 'Plain Jane'. They're all 'young adults', meaning they haven't thrown any babies yet. I'll pot one or two as a 'type'. Rest get binned. If anybody wants one or three, lemme know. I'm happy to ship.

@emilyjaneriddle @tulukaruq ...did the mother Sempervivum flower this year? If so, no worries they are monocarpic - if growth is in a tight mound wait until there is enough desiccation to easily tug it out - fill the gap with one of the chicks - if it didn't flower it's being overwatered & inadequate light.
