This is the variegated form of "Kinokawa (Moonglow) C. 'Moon Glow' ". Brightly colored marginal variegation appears on the newly emerging leaves, making the tips look as if they're glowing. If you look only at these tips, they might remind you of "Southern Cross C. perforata f.variegata ", but since this plant inherits the plump, chubby characteristics of Kinokawa, the overall atmosphere is quite different.
