articulatus var.diadematus
Tephrocactus articulatus var.diadematusその名の通り、武蔵野 T. articulatus よりもトゲが長いバリエーション。でもこの種の品種 T. articulatus var.diadematus f.inermis は逆にトゲがありません。トゲは赤褐色で、花は黄色がかった白からピンク。本種 T. articulatus との違いはどちらかと言うと「ボディの細長さ」にあるようです。トゲはありますが、英語圏ではそこには触れず「松の実サボテン」と呼ばれています。

Tephrocactus articulatus var. diadematus is a nearly spineless form with no spines and without (or with very few) glochids on the new growth. These usually fall off as it ages.The segments usually grow one or two new segments each year from the stem tips. https://t.co/2B7NXtKJjo
