A caudiciform euphorbia native to southern Madagascar. Despite its compact size—reaching a maximum of about 15 cm—its vivid leaves and the striking, bold veins running across them make quite an impression. Even among plants called francoisii, there's a surprising diversity in leaf color and patterns, as well as in the development of their caudex, making them irresistible to serious collectors.
