黄色や白い花を咲かせるパキポディウムの中で、赤い花を咲かせることで特別視されている種バロニーの変種。葉っぱがやらわかめで大きくて丸いこと、背が低く枝分かれも多いこと、トゲは控えめなことなど、どこをみても似ていないので見分けやすいです。2022年現在、基本種バロニーはだいぶ価格が落ち着いてきましたがウィンゾリーは相変わらず高値を維持しています。
