A groundcover type of sedum that looks like a miniature version of Sedum rubrotinctum 'Aurora' (also known as Jelly Bean Plant) — its shiny, round leaves grow energetically and spread out to blanket the pot. It's in the same family as @, and while the resemblance is strong, this one is about 1.5 times larger, giving its leaves an even bolder presence.

A groundcover type of sedum that looks like a tiny version of Sedum rubrotinctum 'Aurora', with glossy, round leaves that rapidly multiply and cover the surface of the pot. It's a relative of @, and though they look very much alike, this one's leaves are about 1.5 times larger and make more of a statement.
If exposed to winter cold, its leaves blush a deep reddish-brown. In the photo above, it spent all winter indoors and only went outside once the coldest part of February had passed—so its colors may not have shown their full potential. In tougher conditions, it might turn a bright red…
This sedum is known for its strength and eagerness to multiply! Simply "cut and scatter"—snip a piece off and drop it onto soil, and soon you'll see new roots and little shoots developing. For best results, though, let the plant grow for a bit and wait for roots to start forming from the sides before cutting. Roots appearing on their own means it's happy in its environment and ready to settle in quickly after being propagated.
This sedum is very hardy against winter cold, and can typically overwinter outside with no problem. Just keep an eye on summer sun and watering. If it makes it through one season, pretty soon you'll have a pot overflowing with healthy sedum!
