ブルーグレイのシャープな葉っぱに黄色い覆輪斑をあしらうおしゃれかっこいいアガベ。 A. attenuata と A. ocahui の交配種で、Kelly Griffin さんの交配種と言われています。覆輪斑が大きくなったサングロー A. 'Sun Glow' 、スノーグロー A. 'Snow Glow' というバリエーションがあります。グリーングロー A. 'Green Glow' は同じ交配親をもつ兄弟種。ブルーエンバー A. 'Blue Ember' 、ブルーエンペラー A. 'Blue Emperor' 、バーントバーガンディ A. 'Burnt Burgundy' に良く似ていて見分けるのは高難度。
