This Dyckia species is instantly striking with its white body and large, saw-like teeth. As it matures, it grows even larger, its dark green body and prominent serrated edges leaving marks on its waxy coating—gradually developing a deeply grungy, metallic vibe that makes it a particularly exciting plant to watch grow. Commonly called the 'Milagres Dyckia,' you might guess it's originally from Milagres, but it’s actually native to Bahia, a bit further south in central Brazil.
