This is a monstrose form of Euphorbia horrida E. horrida , where the normally neat, tubular body shape is replaced by a skinny, vertically elongated, rugged, and irregular appearance, giving off a unique, unusual vibe. Although young plants are fairly affordable, larger specimens can be quite pricey—a secret little charm of this form (though it probably depends on the specific shape...). Judging from image searches, there seem to be two main growth patterns: one where multiple slender stems cluster together, and another where a few thicker stems retain a bit more of the traditional horrida look.
