According to what I could find on PUKUBOOK, there's no definitive information about its scientific or horticultural name; most likely, it's a variegated form of Kalanchoe blossfeldiana K. blossfeldiana that's being circulated under this name (Poelln is actually the name of the scholar who originally named Kalanchoe blossfeldiana). The fact that it's more often sold as a flowering bedding plant rather than a succulent is another sign it's from the Kalanchoe blossfeldiana group. It also resembles Kalanchoe farinacea f. variegata K. farinacea f.variegata quite a bit.
