With its boldly rounded, thick caudex and countless extremely slender branches reaching out, this character has a look that’s more reminiscent of Adenia than a typical Pachypodium—its leaves burst out everywhere in a messy, lively way. While most Pachypodium species come from Madagascar, this one calls South Africa's Cape region home, which may explain its unique vibe. Surprisingly hardy, it tolerates cold and can even withstand sub-zero temperatures. The blossoms are unexpectedly adorable for such a rugged plant: pale pink to white flowers with a striking pink center line.

@Mellado_Orchard Nice and short and fat too! I will take some pachypodium pics later. I have a super fat succulentum baby, looks like a green ping pong ball lol.
Pachypodium succulentum (the smaller one is a tricotyledenous baby!) and Decosperma napiforme.
