As its name—meaning "haworthia-like"—suggests, this is a highly unusual Aloe that doesn’t look much like your typical Aloe at all. With stiff, lime-green leaves covered in fine white fuzz, this species is among the smallest Aloes in the world, rarely growing larger than about 5 cm, making it truly tiny. Some photos may show slightly larger plants, but these are likely clumps of multiple specimens. The flowers, which appear from summer to autumn, are a charming pale pink and add another layer of appeal.
